I don't just fix the problem you see

People think this work is about fixing how Product releases updates. It's not. I fix the whole system.

I've spent 15+ years connecting product strategy to execution and making sure the solution works for every team it touches; Sales, CS, Onboarding, Implementation, Support, Engineering. If they're downstream of the decision, they're part of the design.

I thrive in organized chaos: competing priorities, different perspectives, real blockers standing between a team and value realization. I find the middle ground. Then I build the foundation that holds it together at scale. I get energized by the problems most find overwhelming. The chaotic roadmap. The teams that can't agree on priorities. The leadership team asking "Why aren't we shipping faster?" while the people doing the work ask "Why does nobody listen to us?" I've sat in those rooms. I know how to read them, navigate them, and build something everyone can actually get behind. What I love most isn't building frameworks, it's the moment it clicks for an organization that's been stuck.

20 years across disciplines teaches you something most specialists miss

I didn't take a straight line to get here. I started in distribution and logistics, moved into business analysis, crossed into retail planning, then into enterprise software and AI implementation. Twenty years. Multiple industries. Every role sitting at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

What that kind of career teaches you is hard to put on a resume. You learn how decisions made at the top land on the people doing the work. You learn that the gap between a good idea and a good outcome is almost always an operational one. At TJX Canada I managed a $100M+ product portfolio. Forecasting, planning and coaching teams. At Conductor by Sensei Labs I helped enterprise organizations navigate Transformation and AI adoption. Not just the technology, but the change management, the stakeholder resistance, the gap between executive ambition and practical execution.

Different industries. Different problems. The same lesson every time. I'm the person who asks "but what happens downstream?" before anyone else thinks to.

When we looked at the market, we kept seeing the same problem: companies with an AI mandate and broken operations underneath. Everyone was selling AI. Nobody was fixing the foundation first. Our skills were built for exactly this moment. One of us building operational discipline from the inside, the other translating complexity into systems that work.

So we partnered up and built ECGI. Not to sell consulting but to solve a problem we know is real.
